The CDWC conference's main accommodation will be held at the Gage Towers Buildings.

The Gage Towers Buildings site is easily located and is wheelchair accessible. The conference (UBC Conference Centre at Student Union Building) is only few blocks away from the Gage Towers Buildings and UBC is just 10 km from downtown Vancouver and 20 minutes by car from Vancouver International Airport.

The Deaf Women's Conference Committee has booked a block of rooms at UBC in Gage Towers. Room prices are from standard single room ($38 per night) in a 6 bedroom apartment; premium single bedroom ($49 per night) in a 4 bedroom apartment; to more expensive single bedroom suites (range from $69 to $119 per night).
