REGISTRATION POLICIES AND METHODS:

There are several kinds of forms included on the DWC's website and in Preliminary program.

Please fill out the necessary forms and return them to the address below:

1. Registration Form (to attend conference).
2. 'Call for Presenters' Form.
3. 'Call for Deaf Women Storytellers or Comediennes' Form.
4. Exhibit Reservation Form.
5. Contribution or Donation Form.

To ensure a quick and efficient process, please note the following:

• One registration form per (for each) participant only.
• All forms sent without payment will not be processed.
• No personal cheques.
• Payments can be made by certified cheque or money order in Canadian currency and made payable to:

A receipt and registration number will be sent to you by mail or email.

*Refund and Cancellation policy*

Refund will be made ($25.00 processing fee) if written notice of withdrawal is received by April 30, 2007. No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after that date.
